£90 . . . . to install and glaze a summerhouse up to 48 square feet e.g. 8' x 6'£100 . . . . to install and glaze a summerhouse up to 64 square feet e.g. 8' x 8'
£110 . . . . to install and glaze a summerhouse up to 80 square feet e.g. 8' x 10'
£120 . . . . to install and glaze a summerhouse up to 100 square feet e.g. 10' x 10'
£130 . . . . to install and glaze a summerhouse up to 120 square feet e.g. 12' x 10'
- All sizes are approximate and you pay for the nearest size. For example, a 6'6" x 8'8" summerhouse is charged as 6' x 8'.
- The prices apply to summerhouses with a pent or apex roof and include fitting the doors, glazing the windows and felting the roof.
- The prices do not include fitting partitions, internal lining boards, extra doors or other accessories which may be available subject to quotation if needed.
- Octagonal and corner summerhouses £30 extra per summerhouse regardless of size.
- Slatted roof or felt shingles £30 extra per summerhouse regardless of size.
- Additional labour is charged at £15 per hour.
- All prices include VAT / The installer in this area is currently not VAT registered.
